Pre-shipment inspection
Pre-shipment inspection, also called PSI, is an important and reliable quality control method for checking goods’ quality while clients buy from the suppliers.
After ordering a number of articles, the buyer lets a third party control the ordered goods before they are dispatched to him. Normally an independent inspection company is assigned with the task of the PSI, as it is in the interest of the buyer that somebody not connected with the deal in any way verifies the amount and quality. This way the buyer makes sure, he gets the goods he paid for.
Qmark carries out verification of quality, quantity, price (including currency exchange rate and financial terms). Also, our scope of work includes Packing & Marking and Supervision of Loading.
Initial Production Check
Initial Production Check should be placed before production starts. This is the visual inspection of products as available at the beginning of the production process against customer instructions and purchase order specifications. The Initial Production Check is done in combination with the Final Random Inspection and other ongoing production checks. The execution of the purchase order is also monitored closely as part of these multi-stage inspections. The resultant interim reports keep you informed about production progress in relation to the terms of delivery.
Following criteria are included in Initial Production Check:
– Quality of components / raw material
– Arrival status of all requested materials
– Production capability estimated by Factory
Benefits
– less risk of failure in Final Random Inspection
– identification of possible delays at initial stage
– corrective action taken at an early stage of production
– no need for the customer’s on-site presence
– modified as per your needs
In-line inspection
We conduct inspection during the production process. This approach of inspection helps to control the quality of products by helping to fix the sources of defects immediately after they are detected, and it is useful for any factory that wants to improve productivity, reduce defect rates, and reduce re-work and waste.Benefits of our In-line inspection:
– Reduces end-line defects
– Saves time and efforts of final inspection
– Helps to fix the problems at the outset, and prevents common mistakes being made repeatedly
– Helps to ensure quality of the products of a production line
Finished Product Check
Ensuring that finished products are safe, of the appropriate quality and fully compliant with regulations of your target markets is becoming an increasingly important and complex task.
Finished products checking takes place when the merchandise is completed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors pull a random sample of finished goods, based on the internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique. We verify quantity, workmanship, function, color, size specifications and other details, all with an objective to ensure that the contract specifications are met. We also provide 100% visual inspection services for finished products.

The CLC check is conducted in the manufacturer’s warehouse or at the forwarder’s premises. Apart from checking the quality and quantity of goods to be shipped, we monitor compliance with the bill of lading and ensure that all containers are in good condition.
We will check product’s information, quantity, packaging, marking when loading supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
